PMAC technologies ("we", "us") operates the QuickBuy mobile application and related services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
Order information: products ordered, delivery addresses, and order history.
Device data: app preferences stored locally on your device (e.g. theme, session tokens).
Crash and diagnostic data: when the app crashes or encounters a serious error, we may collect crash logs and limited diagnostic information through Firebase Crashlytics (Google), such as device model, operating system version, app version, and error stack traces.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google): collects crash and diagnostic data to help us maintain app stability. See Google Firebase Privacy.
Crashlytics data is used for app functionality and stability only. We do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Order data is shared with retail partners only as needed to fulfill your purchases. Service providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.
Data retention & deletion
You may delete your account in the QuickBuy mobile app under Settings or Profile. Upon deletion, we remove your profile and associated personal data except where retention is required by law (e.g. order records).
