This Seller Agreement is between QuickBuy ("QuickBuy", "we") and the business that opens a store on QuickBuy ("you", the "Seller"). It applies when you accept it during store setup and covers everything you do as a seller on the QuickBuy marketplace, website and mobile apps.
The person accepting confirms they are authorised to bind the business named in the store profile.
You must give true, complete and current business, tax, bank and identity information and documents, and update them when they change.
QuickBuy reviews every store before it goes live and may approve it, ask for changes or decline it. Shoppers cannot see your store or products until it is approved.
Stores in the United States must never provide a full Social Security Number; stores in Pakistan provide their NTN (and STRN if registered for sales tax).
You are responsible for every product you list: its name, description, images, price, stock, labelling, expiry dates and compliance with the law of the country you sell in.
QuickBuy reviews new and changed listings and may reject, edit for formatting, or remove any listing at any time, including after it is live.
You must not list counterfeit, replica or stolen goods, prescription-only medicines, items that infringe someone else's rights, or anything on QuickBuy's prohibited items list.
If you sell food, you must hold and keep valid the licences required where you operate (for example a provincial food authority licence in Pakistan, or a state or local food permit in the United States) and follow safe storage and handling rules.
Products with an expiry date must not be sold after it.
You set your prices in your store's currency (USD or PKR). Prices must include any amount the shopper must pay for the product and must not be misleading.
Promotions and coupons you create must be honoured as published.
You must fulfil the orders you accept promptly, in the quantity and condition described, and keep shoppers informed of delays.
You must accept returns and give refunds for items that are damaged, expired, wrong or not as described, in line with QuickBuy's returns policy and consumer law.
QuickBuy charges the fees in the fee schedule in force when an order is placed. We will give notice before changing fees.
We pay out your sales, less fees, refunds and any amounts you owe us, to the bank account in your store profile on the payout schedule. We may hold payouts while we investigate suspected fraud, a high rate of complaints or a breach of this agreement.
You are responsible for registering for, collecting and paying the taxes that apply to your sales, except where the law requires QuickBuy to collect or withhold them, in which case we will do so and tell you.
You may use shoppers' personal information only to fulfil their orders and handle returns and support. You must keep it secure, must not market to shoppers outside QuickBuy without their consent, and must follow QuickBuy's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
You allow QuickBuy to display, format and promote your store name, logo, product content and images on QuickBuy and in QuickBuy's marketing, for as long as your store is open and a reasonable time after.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
QuickBuy may suspend your store, hide listings or close your store if you break this agreement or the law, if your information turns out to be false, or to protect shoppers. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
You may close your store at any time once open orders are fulfilled or refunded.
You are responsible for claims arising from your products, listings and conduct, and will cover QuickBuy's reasonable losses from them.
QuickBuy provides the marketplace as is and is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
QuickBuy may update this agreement. We will tell you about material changes in advance, and you will need to accept the new version to keep selling or to submit store changes.
